Dose-Noter is a patented disposable vial cap that helps prevent prescription drug users from taking their medications incorrectly. It is used to record the time and day of the week of their dose time. Users simply align the dials after each dose turning the top rim.

It's as easy as 1-2-3...
1)  Pull the top rim up to the "unlocked" position
2)  Turn rim left to advance days, right for times
3)  Push top rim back down to lock the setting

The rim and dials are indexed and click as they are adjusted.  The days of week dial also contains "Daily" between Sunday and Monday.  The time dial contains 24 hours (1a - 12p), plus "AM", "PM", "Any", and a blank to represent "No specific time" such as a once-per-day dosage.
